Rahu is the Moon's north node, a shadow planet that stands for craving, novelty and the drive to have more. It moves backward through the zodiac with Ketu opposite. In Leo, a fixed fire sign ruled by the Sun, the craving is for recognition, fame and the throne. The Sun and Rahu are enemies in the tradition; the shadow and the light contest the same stage.
