If someone has a fiery ascendant sign and Mars strongly placed, they may present decisively and act quickly. If Saturn heavily influences the ascendant, expression may be more measured, reserved, or responsibility-oriented.
Both are valid styles. The chart shows how your energy moves, not whether it is "good" or "bad."
